run and fetch

I use to really enjoy pumpkin spiced lattes and egg not lattes. Not so much anymore.

Addy, JoJo and I are at quiznos for lunch. Addy is putting chips in her sandwich. Wonder where she got that from?

Today while we were at the park in Park City a guy passed me while I was hanging out with Yak and a sleeping JoJo by our car in the grass.  His duaghter wanted to pat Yak.  Which was fine.  The thing is this guy was on his cell phone and did not even break conversation, he just let his daughter pull him over like a dog pulling its owner on a leash.  She pat Yak then proceeded on to the playground.  Douche bag on the phone did not say anything.  I didn’t think much of it until JoJo finally woke up (30-40 minutes later) and Rika came back from the playground with Addy.  She proceeded to tell me about the A-hole dad who was on his phone the whole time at the playground.

Not only is he missing out on actually being with his daughter, but I’m sure his daughter will grow up being an annoying little brat since that is the only way she gets attention.  So if you know a guy, 40ish, balding, 6′ tall, in Park City this weekend, with a cell phone surgically attached to his head give him a bitch slap for me.  If you are married to him take him for half he’s got and get it over with.

We have booked a house for a week on the beach in the mexican riviera.  I’m excited to really go on vacation.  We’ll be going the 2nd week in November.

Rika couldn’t help herself and wanted to get a picture of Addy near the end of her day at school.  Addy is the second kid from the back.

Today I read a book about grannies to Addy.  It ended with the narrator saying we have our granny.  After I finished Addy said, “I have Uma”.

Addy has had a fever for a day now. She was having a hard time sleeping. So I had Brisbane cuddle with her for her nap time.

It snowed today above 8k ft.
